These Terms of Service govern your use of supremecleanwindowservices.com and any services you book with Supreme Clean Window Services Inc. (“Supreme Clean,” “we,” “I,” or “our”). By using the site or booking service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services offered

Supreme Clean offers residential window cleaning, commercial window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, mobile auto detailing, pressure washing, and gutter service in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin, Orangevale, Sacramento, and surrounding areas. The exact scope of work for any individual service is what we agree to in writing or via quote at the time of booking.

2. Quotes & estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. If conditions on-site are materially different from what was described (significantly more glass, harder water staining, additional vehicles, etc.), I’ll discuss any change in scope or price with you before doing the work. You are never billed for work outside what was agreed to.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed to in writing (e.g., scheduled commercial accounts on net-15 or net-30). I accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Returned checks or failed payments may incur a $35 fee.

4. Cancellation & rescheduling

I appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 4 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 trip fee, depending on travel and prep already done. Weather cancellations (rain, ice, smoke from active fires) are at no charge and rescheduled to the next available date.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If something about the work isn’t right, tell me within 48 hours of completion and I’ll come back to make it right at no additional charge. This is the standard I was raised on, and it’s the standard you should expect.

6. Insurance & liability

Supreme Clean Window Services Inc. carries up to $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of property damage caused by my work, the matter will be handled through that policy. Certificate of insurance is available on request, especially for commercial property managers.

My liability is limited to the cost of the service performed plus any documented direct damage. I am not responsible for pre-existing conditions (cracked seals, scratched glass, paint defects, oxidized panels, etc.) that may become more visible after cleaning. I’ll point these out to you whenever I notice them.

7. Solar panel work

Solar panel cleaning uses soft-bristle methods and 0 PPM RO/DI filtered water that meets industry-standard cleaning practices. I cannot, however, guarantee performance recovery (output % gain) since that depends on panel age, soiling baseline, weather, and your inverter setup. Cleaning protects your warranty and reduces soiling losses; specific kWh recovery varies by system.

8. Auto detailing work

Detailing services aim to restore appearance, not to repair pre-existing damage. Paint correction reduces but may not eliminate deep scratches. Ceramic coatings have stated longevity from the manufacturer; real-world durability depends on care, climate, and wash technique. Specifics for any vehicle will be reviewed before service begins.

9. Photography & portfolio use

I sometimes take before/after photos of completed work for portfolio and social media use. These photos focus on the work itself (clean glass, clean panels, clean vehicles), never identifying property or license plates. If you’d prefer no photos at all, just let me know at the time of service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Dorado County, California.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new effective date will appear at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
