Folsom
Folsom is really two window-cleaning towns, and they price differently — worth knowing which one you live in before you get a number over the phone.
Out toward Empire Ranch and Folsom Ranch it is newer construction: large modern panes, two storeys, straightforward glass with awkward reach. Down near the Historic District and Sutter Street the windows are smaller, the frames are older, and it is slower work done by hand. The same size house can be an hour apart. Anyone quoting Folsom off a flat per-pane rate without asking which end of town you are in is guessing.
